Well, hanging out in a dark room that hasn't even been decorated was thrilling let me tell you, but I think it's about time I head out to town. I need to find a computer so that I can officially become a singer!
While I was out, a newspaper was left at my new home, and I had a bucket of freebies from the University too - YAY! There was a time when I would have scoffed at anything free, but I will take what I can get right now. I really should go to a University one day, but I'm saving that for after I'm already famous and I get old and bored. |
I went out to the library, it's not a place where I would usually spend a great deal of time but it does seem to be pretty nice, for a place that houses lots of smelly books. They really shouldn't keep all of this old stuff out here, I'm sure none are first additions but they are all positively disgusting. |
Now I am going to try and turn this horrifying quality apple into something beautiful! Okay so I failed and the apple disappeared, but at least I tried? Plus, being a witch, I technically have as much free food as I want in apples! I have to buy an alchemy table soon though, I have big plans of selling as many potions as I can during the full moons. I know that in Riverview, the day of the full moon was the day that the Consignment Store would get super busy! Everyone wanting to change their occult, or even cure themselves (Blah) makes business around the full moons very lucrative. |
After learning the first little bit of charisma, I've been using my tablet most of the day to learn cooking, I am already level 3! But I also want to learn gardening so I can have a beautiful garden one day, so I went to a pond on the outskirts of town and found some plants to harvest.
After the pond, I went to Verde Park which will be my first performance venue - once I get to that point of course, I have lots of Sing-A-Grams in my future first. This tree caught my eye, it's a banana tree! We didn't ever have banana trees in Riverview; bananas were always sent in from elsewhere. Now I can have some of my own in my own garden!

I saw Rich Richmond and his girlfriend Sadie at Verde Park - hey look, the weather stone is positioned here too, sweet! - I didn't introduce myself to these two, I had more important things on my mind...
...like this man! Shane Nugen caught my eye, he's so handsome... but only a lowly Proprietor? Well I have always been very persuasive, I'm sure I could get him doing something cooler. But that nose, do I want to pass that nose along to my kids? What am I saying I don't even know him yet! Here I am, swooning over the first alright-looking man I see in my new town - how pathetic. People swoon over me and not the other way around. I need to tone it down a notch to get a feel for the place first.
