Once I separated myself from the discussion with Shane, I wanted to get a little work experience (and some more money, I have little more than 100 Simoleons left!) so I performed for tips for the very first time! My work outfit is very unpalatable, so I will definitely have to stop by the salon soon to get this... uh... fixed.
I only had one onlooker, a nice lady named Courtney Foster. I performed for a few hours and I only made eleven Simoleons (it was of course, from Courtney) but I was happy to have made anything at all, so once I finished performing for the night, I greeted Courtney in an amusing manner and started chatting with her! She's the closest thing to a new friend in this big, scary town and she's not even a friend yet, but close!

It's my first day of Sing-A-Grams, I'm a little nervous but ready to get this humiliation over with! My first Sing-A-Gram is for this adorable little oddity, Seth Monroe. He seems friendly enough, although I'm not very attracted to him. After his celebration Sing-A-Gram (I made 17 Simoleons) for him gaining a skill point, I introduce myself to him and chat awhile.
We were getting along just fine, but being myself, I knocked down our relationship a little by accusing him of being a diva. Everyone knows there can only be one diva in a room and I am that diva. Soon, I will be the diva of the town as well!
I follow the outburst of yelling at him with a nice little pick-up line! Whoever said that being a flirty diva would be annoying was sooo wrong, because I am awesomeness wrapped in amazingness and covered in incredible-sauce! I even made myself a little more money - Seth needed a new Sing-A-Gram to cheer him up after being yelled at. What a softy. Maybe that's why I don't like him. But still, KACHING! Being the problem and the solution at the same time was something my daddy was very skilled at too.

After making a tiny bit more money, I headed to the Salon. There was no way I was going to pay one of these talentless, fashionless drones to create a better Sing-A-Gram outfit for me - I did it myself! Now yes, I agree I look somewhat like Bo Peep, but it's adorable and I look much less like a tranny! |
I did an amazing job and made 21 Simoleons for Holly's Sing-A-Gram! While Holly seemed nice, I was far too hungry to hang around and chat. I was damn near starving to death! I wanted to eat someplace where I could make a few more acquaintances to get my name out there, so I headed to the Summer Festival which just opened up today.
